How do HelpfulCrowd’s plans work?

HelpfulCrowd plans are based on the number of review requests and features.

What is a review request?

Any email sent requesting a review or asking a customer to update a review or add additional content is counted as a review request for plan purposes.

For clarity, these include the following emails:

  • 1st review request
  • Reminder review requests
  • Media reminder review requests
  • Re-review review requests

Through the app, you have full control at all times to manage the above review requests – enable, disable and change.

 

How does the 14-day trial work?

The 14-day trial lets you try all the features with no risk or obligation. At the end of the trial you can continue by subscribing to one of our plans or just continue to use HelpfulCrowd on a Free plan.

Do I have to provide payment information for the 14-day trial?

No. We do not ask for any payment details when you start your trial. We only ask for payment details if you subscribe to a plan.

When I subscribe to a plan, am I charged by HelpfulCrowd or the eCommerce platform provider e.g. Ecwid, Shopify etc?

Depending on whether you have a stand alone business site or you are on an eCommerce platform, either HelpfulCrowd or the Platform will manage payments. All charges will be clearly itemized and all payments are processed using PCI compliant and industry leading payment processors, providing complete peace of mind and industry leading security.

Does unlimited mean unlimited?

Yes, subject to some very generous ‘fair usage’ quotas. This makes it fair for everyone to benefit.

Can I change plans at anytime?

Yes. You can downgrade and upgrade your plan once-in-a-month at anytime. Plan changes will be actioned immediately. Any credits will be kept on the account for future invoices.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. You can add or change plans or cancel your account at any time, however just remember that no credits or refunds are given for downgraded or cancelled plans.

Can I ask for a refund if I am not happy with your services?

Absolutely. If at anytime you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are still not satisfied and wish to cancel your account we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND up to the value of one months base plan value.
