GDPR and customer data requests are now an everyday part of life for some businesses.
Now you can now securely share customers private stored data and anonymize their data if requested with one-click in HelpfulCrowd. This is actioned under the Customer menu in the app. Simply search on the customers email address and then click on Share or Anonymize to action.
When sharing, the customer will be sent an email to the email address on file. Once the customer receives the email they can self-serve by either choosing to view their data and anonomyize it, saving you even more time. Anonymize removes the customers personal data, but keeps their reviews and questions, preserving your precious UGC.
