  • What is an Add-on?

    An Add-on is a paid premium feature that helps you do more.
  • How does the 30-day trial work?

    The 30-day trial lets you test drive all paid Add-ons with no risk and no obligation. At the end of the trial you can continue on one of our plans and choose to do more by subscribing to paid Add-ons or simply do nothing and we will automatically suspend your account.
  • Do I have to provide payment information for the 30 day trial?

    No. We do not ask for any payment details when you join HelpfulCrowd. The trial lets you test drive all paid features completely free without any obligation or risk. The only time we ask for payment details is when you choose to subscribe to any paid plans or Add-ons after the free trial ends.
  • If I subscribe to add-ons, will I be charged by HelpfulCrowd or the eCommerce platform provider e.g. Ecwid, Shopify etc?

    Depending on the platform provider, either HelpfulCrowd or the Platform will manage payments. All charges will be clearly itemised and all payments are processed using PCI compliant and industry leading payment processors, providing complete peace of mind and industry leading security.
  • What languages is HelpfulCrowd available in?

    HelpfulCrowd currently automatically translates storefront text in 9 different languages - English, Russian, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese (simplified), Czech and Arabic. Need another language? Vote for it or get involved and help with translations.
  • Can I add and remove Add-ons anytime?

    Yes. You can change Add-ons at anytime. If you forget to remove an Add-ons after it has been charged, you can still cancel up to five business days after the renewal date and we will give you a FULL REFUND. Learn more about how this works in our guide.
  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?

    No. Plans and Add-ons are not based on contracts. You can subscribe or unsubscribe to Add-ons or cancel your account at any time.
  • Can I ask for a refund if I am not happy with your services?

    Absolutely. If at anytime you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are still not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for the month and downgrade your account to the free plan for that service.
